“Searching for a POS system could be very frustrating. I have spoken with quite a few companies which told you everything you wanted to hear but yet when they sent the proposal over there were too many charges that weren't brought up. Their fees can go up without notice which I did not like. Dealing with Heartland, everyone I spoke with was up front and what they said is exactly what we got. They made this transition so effortless and anytime I would call, they were so pleasant and always made it seem like I'm never a bother. I would highly recommend them if you're just starting out or switching companies. They are local, based out of Alliance, Ohio. They will input all your data and come out when you are ready to open so that there are no glitches. How many companies do that?”
